Our Membership Services Representatives (MSR) play a key role in the success of our Fitness First Clubs. As an MSR at Fitness First Dee why you will provide future members with an impressive FIRST impression that inspires them to put themselves FIRST by prioritising their health and wellness goals. Being the FIRST face that our members and the general public see when they enter our club, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to engage, motivate and retain members and increase membership growth.
Who we're looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will be a positive, energetic and confident team player who has exceptional customer service and a willingness to proactively engage with all current and future members.
What you'll need to succeed:
Exceptional customer service skills obtained from a customer focussed/reception background
Be sales driven to meet and exceed targets
Have a passion for health and fitness with a desire to help others achieve their goals
A “can do” attitude with a thirst for learning and an ambition for growth
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
Key responsibilities and duties:
Meet and greet all members and prospective members as they enter the club
Provide prospective members with engaging tours of the club, highlighting facilities and features that will assist them in achieving their personal health and fitness goals
Provide recommendations on products and fitness classes
Field any feedback or queries from members
Meet all retail and sales targets by proactively maximising membership growth and product recommendations
